Instead of moving away from the community I loved, I chose to pursue the career that had always been on my heart. I've often said: "My previous career chose me. I chose real estate." Looking back, my only regret is that I didn't pursue it sooner. I've worked with families who were grieving the loss of a parent while trying to sell a home from another state. During those difficult seasons, I knew they needed more than a Realtor.
